Returns/Exchange Policy

At FestaSports we are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. We stand behind the quality of our products, if you are not completely satisfied with our products for any reason simply return it to us for a refund or exchange within 15 days from date of purchase.


Returns may be made up to 15 days for a full refund. Returns made after 15 days will receive a credit to be used on a future order. Returned products must be in new and unused condition. New and unused means sale-able condition, not worn, dirty or washed. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the guaranteed delivery date was not fulfilled. If items were shipped after the promised delivery date FestaSports will cover shipping charges.


Exchanges are also accepted up to 15 days from date of purchase. Exchange shipping charges will be applied to credit card used when placing order.

Custom Orders

Custom made team orders are not returnable. We will exchange for an item of equal value within 15 days of purchase. We stand by our quality and fit 100%. Any custom orders that have damages or do not meet the quality of original samples shown will be refunded. If the customer is unhappy with fabric choice or style choice, we cannot accept a return once you have approved fabric and style with a FestaSports team sales representative.

Returns and Exchanges

You may return any item purchased from FestaSports by mail. Pending inspection, a refund or credit will be issued to you for the value of the item including taxes. Shipping fees are non-refundable. To return an item by mail, follow the instructions below, insure the package, and mail it to:
